Clear Alkoxysilane CSD coating
SilOxi-101 was developed as a surface modifier for oxidizing metals used in harsh environments, such as marine, automotive, industrial and process industry applications. The low viscosity liquid reaches all cavities and voids in the substrate and forms an inert, ultra-thin, glass-like shield, which provides a more corrosion and wear resistant substrate together with new repelling properties. The chemical reactivity allows SilOxi-101 to densify, impregnate and seal porous metals or oxidized/corroded substrates. These properties impair the absorption of moisture, salts, chlorides and other corrosive matter. The organo modified nano-ceramic formula becomes one with the substrate resulting in a higher grade, longer lasting material.
Thin-Film, Hybrid passivation coating
SilOxi-104 is designed as a high gloss, thin-film protection for oxidizing substrates such as carbon steel / stainless steel / aluminum surfaces providing hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. Typical applications for SilOxi-104 would include pipes, pumps, valves and utility room surfaces and other equipment in all environments including high humidity, salt-water and chemical exposure. SilOxi-104 impairs/repels the adhesion of corrosive matter, oils, scum and microorganisms, resulting in reduced corrosion and wear.
Silane/Siloxane Hybrid Coating
SilOxi-110 is designed as a high gloss coating protective coating. It provides a slightly thicker surface-shield than SilOxi-110. It is highly recommended as a protective coating for oxidizing substrates such as carbon steel / stainless steel / aluminum and oxidizing organic coatings, providing a strong shield with hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. Typical applications for SilOxi-110 would include pipes, pumps, valves and utility room surfaces and other equipment in all environments including high humidity, salt-water and chemical exposure. SilOxi-110 impairs/repels the adhesion of corrosive matter, oils, scum and microorganisms, resulting in reduced corrosion and wear.
Clear Polysiloxane Hybrid Coating
S-Glide was designed as a high solid and low VOC system with superior environmentally friendly properties. This bisphenol and isocyanate-free system is formulated with VOC contents lower than 120 g/L. It can be used as an anticorrosion coating for various steel structures in both industrial and marine environments. In several maintenance demanding applications, S-Glide has proven to provide lower maintenance / easy cleaning on applied surfaces. The high crosslinking associated with S-Glide exhibits strong anti-corrosive and chemical resistant properties. In addition, the hydrophobic properties provide foul releasing and anti-icing functions.
Hydrophobic Surface Treatment Solution
SilaClear is a one-component user-friendly, surface treatment system for smooth surfaces such as glass and glazed ceramic. It chemically modifies the surface, providing hydrophobic surface properties. The high level of water repellency is very effective on automotive or marine windshields. The repellant properties are also very effective in colder climates as the treatment allows easier de-icing. The new surface functionality allows easy cleaning without aggressive cleaning agents. A wet cloth is generally sufficient.
